As the room is in the Condo, it does come with the following amenities;

We are conveniently located 5 mins from 99 Ranch Market and El Cerrito Plaza, as well as the Albany Bulb and Albany Hill. There are amazing hiking trails all along the area, and plenty of biking trails as well!
As far as pets go, I’m only ok with cats since there’s already another cat living here. We had a bad experience with a dog before and I don’t want to risk going through that again, so I apologize in advance for that. Pet deposit is $200.

I am a 31 year old licensed cosmetologist, and I also bartend on the side. I primarily work in Marin, and I’m gone for the night every weekend. I enjoy painting, singing, hiking, video games, and Pilates! :)
I am looking for a roommate who is mature, quiet, neat, and respectful, and preferably female. I am open to having a male roommate as long as they are also respectful and respects my privacy. I would also greatly prefer a roommate who isn’t home a lot/doesn’t work from home.
