So it's time to rent half this apartment out again the last gentleman left and it was great experience anyways I have half of 1250 square foot apartment in Alameda California and getting community very safe very quiet I'm typically not home most of the time so you would enjoy the apartment basically to yourself that's not to say that I wouldn't be home at times as well I'm in fire prevention so I'm pretty busy I offered half of the apartment minus the bedroom that's where I say for $950 a month it's immediate opening I will only respond to text messages show contact info
