Mauricio came to our house to install a cat door and help us with an electrical issue. Part of the cat door was installed backwards, and the electrical issue is now worse than it was before we hired him. We understand that sometimes things don't go perfectly in handyman jobs, but he has taken our money and has ghosted us! We've called, texted, etc. We encourage folks not to make the same mistake we did! He does NOT stand by his work and lacks professional integrity.
