Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience who enjoys working directly with customers to find solutions that fit their needs. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
• Close sales and achieve individual sales targets
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
• Previous sales experience required (retail or furniture sales preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Interior Design a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• Basic computer skills
