As a Sales Associate / Representative (Zen Advisor) at Modern Acupuncture, you will be the first point of contact for guests and members. You’ll play a key role in making each of them feel at welcome and ready for their treatment. You will be responsible for presenting our pricing options to new patients so they can continue their acupuncture care with us at the most affordable rates. In addition, keeping accurate patient records, having a thorough understanding of our computer systems and maintaining a clean and organized work place will also be important for your success. You will also be responsible for generating and maintaining leads as well as a referral program. The initial role will be in the presales office in which you will sell founder's memberships before we actually open.

Essential Job Functions

Manage clinic phone calls
Provide the highest levels of customer service for all guests and members throughout their visit. Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the clinic
Assist guests and members with the completion of required paperwork
Sell the plan or package that is best suited to the patient's treatment plan given by the acupuncturist
Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
Participate in marketing opportunities (events, on the ground marketing, flyers, referral program, etc.) to help the clinic build new patient counts
Manage daily clinic operations including ensuring it's clean and that inventory is stocked
Manage the flow of guests and members through the clinic in an organized manner
Execute all of Modern Acupuncture’s Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and decorum at all times
Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy work place culture
Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
Maintains accurate records using established MA sales systems.
Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
Leads MA clinic previews with prospects
Accurately follow the daily studio checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift
Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
Responsible for attending and participating in all relative MA training programs and meetings

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred)
Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Able to work weekends/evenings (as required)
Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Dedication to high quality service
Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire
Confident in presenting and selling services
Office management or marketing experience a plus


Abilities Required

Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
