Greet, assist and guide customers based on their needs and your expertise
Carry out sales, rentals, returns, consignments, layaways, receiving and purchases effectively
Answer phone calls, emails and voicemails
Manage Reverb posting and sales
Ensure and contribute to daily social media postings
Maintain the look of the store, clean and organize
Follow procedures and store tasks
Control and manage inventory (receiving, ordering, awareness, pricing)
May be required to assist with in-store or external events
Ability to perform opening and closing tasks
