We're looking for a bike-loving, gear-head to join our team at Encina Bicycle Center. As a Bike Tech, you'll be wrenching on bikes, helping customers, and keeping our shop running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Fix bikes: Diagnose and repair everything from flat tires to full drivetrain overhauls.
Sell bikes: Help customers find the perfect ride, whether it's a mountain bike, road bike, or cruiser.
Keep it clean: Maintain a tidy workspace and help keep the shop looking sharp.
What You Need:
A passion for bikes and a love for tinkering.
Basic bike mechanics skills (more experience is always a plus!).
A friendly and outgoing personality.
A willingness to learn and grow.
