I am writing to express my interest in a part-time maintenance technician position.
I have over 18 yrs in Code Enforcement inspection, over 40 years of experience in the trades, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, tape, texture and paint. I am currently looking for an opportunity to apply my skills on a part-time basis. I am available to work Monday through Thursday.
