All around Carpenter was specific experience in additions, ADU units, custom homes foundation to finish remodels interior exterior and siding and interior trim. Fire damage and termite/dryrot expierience
Conventional roof rafterstructures some concrete experience, basic knowledge in drywall, tape, texture, paint, plumbing, and electrical.
Some commercial T/I work commercial remodel
Capable of reading drawings and doing light takeoffs
Will work on any time frame temporaryby the day week, preferably seeking long-term legitimate employment
