I've finalized a newly constructed house by a builder in Hayward priced at $1M and plan to purchase it within the next two weeks. The builder offers a 2.5% commission for buyer agents (approximately $25K) if I visit their office with an agent for the first time. The agent won’t need to handle any paperwork like escrow etc (builder will take care of all the paper works), just accompany me to meet the builder's sales coordinator. As I have done all the legwork, I propose that you keep $3K for your gas and time from the commission and refund me the remaining amount, which would be around $22K or more. Let me know if you're interested, and I’d be glad to visit the builder's office with you. Thanks
