Note: this is NOT a ready-to-move-in gem; it's a big beaten-up house on a very big lot. I think the best ROI might be to replace the structure with two modern homes, and maybe live in the in-law during construction, but I'm not a developer, so what do I know.

I've also put some photos on Redfin, but some details--like there being one parking space!--are very wrong.

I'm a part-owner, but can't afford to buy-out the other partners, so we're selling it.

A few notes about the photos:

Many Oakland Hills homes have great views; this property also has ~170 feet of street frontage, LOTS of parking, and a deep lot! And the home is big! (Yes - it's all 3 white roofs you see in the Google images!) See that photo of the living room; that's NOT using my phone's wide-angle lens!

It has a detached in-law unit, below the two-car garage.

The layout is strange - there are a few rooms that I wouldn't call bedrooms, but I'm not sure what else they'd be called.

Note: I originally copied the lot size from an appraisal, but there are two different numbers showing for the building's square footage: 2240 and 3,350. I took some measurements a few weeks ago, and I'm thinking that the square footage is probably the second number. Is the issue what was permitted versus what was built? I have no idea. But it's big.

Remember: this is a project property; it's going to take work to make it what it can be. But there's money to be made if you know what you're doing.
