Napa River Realty is seeking licensed Real Estate Agents to work Realtor.com and Zillow Preferred Agent (Flex) opportunities with several leads consistently coming in throughout a given week in many parts of the Bay Area including, Vallejo, Benicia, American Canyon, Fairfield, Cordelia, Green Valley Vacaville, Suisun, Pinole, Napa (94558), San Rafael (94903) & Novato. We have the best transaction coordination team, electronic Skyslope filing, an auditor who will help keep you out of trouble and very active hands-on broker.
This role is ideal for agents who excel with buyer representation and want access to high-quality leads without the burden of traditional lead-generation expenses.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to Zillow Flex and Realtor.com buyer inquiries
• Engage and convert inbound leads from Zillow Flex and Realtor.com and in-house sources.
• Guide buyers through showings, offers, negotiations, and escrow
• Maintain professional communication and accurate transaction documentation
• Provide exceptional client service from first contact through closing
• Participate in team meetings, skill sessions, and accountability check-ins.
Qualifications
• Active California real estate license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Buyer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients
• High ethical standards and attention to compliance
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
