Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Parkside Commons, a multi-family residential property in San Leandro.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in multifamily maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and perform daily maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
✔ Respond to and prioritize resident work orders promptly
✔ Maintain property grounds and building exteriors/interiors in excellent condition
✔ Coordinate unit turnovers and prepare apartments for move-in
✔ Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget
✔ Ensure safety protocols and maintenance standards are followed
Qualifications:
📌 Minimum 2 years of multi-family property maintenance experience
📌 Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
📌 Skilled with hand and power tools
📌 Excellent communication and leadership skills
📌 Highly organized and dependable
Physical Requirements:
🔧 Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
🔧 Ability to climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crawl, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
