We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator who can confidently manage a busy front desk while also supporting our in house marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities.....
Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and callers with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage high call volume efficiently and courteously
Greet clients, coordinate meetings, and maintain a polished front office presence
Handle general administrative tasks including mail, scheduling, data entry, and office coordination
Support agents and management with day-to-day operational needs
Assist the marketing dept with a variety of production tasks
Qualifications and Experience
Previous real estate experience required (transaction coordination experience strongly preferred)
Experience in front desk administration or client-facing office roles
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and friendly, client-focused attitude
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Comfortable with learning high quality copiers & printing assignments
