Applicant must have:
*Excellent customer service skills. Communicate clearly with all: tenants, contractors, customers, and service providers
*Project management. Work independently to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects. Good organizational skills
*Record Keeping. Note taking and some email correspondence required.
Responsibilities vary relative to seasonal demands
Approx. 20 hours p/wk.
Preferred: own transportation
Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing ladders, bending, and able to lift 50 lbs.
