If you are looking for investment deals, flip properties, rehab projects, I work entirely with investors.

I work with a highly successful and lucrative investment group out of the Marin/SF area that unfortunately does NOT understand the East Bay.
Too many contracts fallen through that would have netted more than enough return. The group passed on a $1M NET return project, because of unfamiliarity with the area.

Hence a multitude of projects I come across that make a sizable return of at least 20%.
