Heavy duty tow hitch, not sure of what it is off of. I think it may be off of a Chevy truck. The hitch is 30" wide inside dimension. The length is 21". The hitch comes the plug in for the lights. The rear bolts on the hitch is 10" apart on center. The front bolts are 1-1/2" apart on center. If interested measure the width of the rear of your truck or van, from frame rail to frame rail, see if it is at least 30" apart from side to side.
