1998-2001 CRV/ 2007-2011 Element and CRV 4WD Rear Differential - $125 (richmond / point / annex)

Note: The 1st Gen Honda CRV and the 2007-2011 CRV & Honda Element 4WD Differentials do interchange. The Differentials bolt in as the same as the 1st Gen CRV Differential but it is much improved and stronger than the earlier CRV Differentials. The late CRV & Element Differential I have came from a 2008 Element 4WD. The 3rd Generation Honda CRV, 2007-2011 is also bolts the same as the Honda Element Differential.
If you are looking for one and are going online NOTE: the early CRV differential uses a "Bolt Head" plugs. The Element and late CRV differentials use a 1/2 inch inset ratchet head you just snap your wrench in. Many yards appear to be selling the early CRV differentials as Element when in fact they are not.

If you have an early CRV going with an Element differential may be a big 4x4 improvement for you and may provide better 4WD transaction as it does work really well as 4x4 traction.
I personally removed this from the Element to put in my own CRV at the time. I only am selling this one as I recently replaced it with a 2011 differential.
