Cylinder head from a 2008 4 cylinder Ford Ranger that threw a rod. Head and cam journals look good. There is definitely one bent exhaust valve in #1 cylinder and probably two. Everything else looks good. Includes the camshafts and cam follower buckets.

Casting number 1S7G. May fit other years and engines.

A site that sells OEM Ford parts says it fits: 2001-2011 Ranger, 2005 -2011 Focus and 2010 -2013 Transit Connect.

Check your casting number (above #3 exhaust port).
