Earle Bruce Hot Rod History Pre-world war II: After signing a long-term film contract with 20th century fox Mr Bruce walked into the local dealership Al Steubing Ford with a $1000 bill and purchased the brand new 1940 car September 15th 1939. Next, he took it to the corner of Fairfax and Melrose in Hollywood to a small body shop owned and operated by Jimmy Summers.The best metal and paint hands that existed anywhere with metal man Roy Hagy.
