This is a Studebaker pickup overdrive that I bought for a backup for a Willy's Jeepster. Many parts inside are the same for Willy's products and Studebaker products. I've had this overdrive sitting here for about 40 years. I think it's a Borg Warner R10B-1E. On the side, it's marked SB-G270. I believe the SB stands for Studebaker. I think the overdrive should work with vehicles from the late 40's to early 50's.
