- Main platform fits perfectly when rear seats are in use (and still allows access to child car seat anchors). Height is calculated to comfortably fit low profile 6” storage bins (pictured but not included with sale)
- Hinged top allows access to spare tire hoist and hidden storage underneath the floor. Secured with draw latches when closed to prevent rattling
- Four cargo anchor points, loops sit flush in corners when not in use
- Pullout coffee platform for making a quick coffee or snack on the road :) Made using a bamboo cutting board with lip. Secured with magnet when closed to prevent rattling.
- Convertible sleeping platform extension can be added when driver side rear seats are folded down. Sits level on quick-disconnect hinged legs and base plates.
Notes on materials:
- Main platform and sleeping platform extension are 3/4” birch plywood
- Base plate supports are 1” clear pine
- All wood was sanded and clear coated with water-based semi-gloss
- Tops of both platforms are carpeted with indoor/outdoor rug in smoke grey
- Premium and corrosion-resistant hardware throughout (galvanized, stainless steel, zinc-coated)
