Month to month secured parking space. 2 month minimum. Plus one month security deposit. No driving in and out without just for storage use.
B. Tenet : If you are interested to be able to have gate remote to feel freely in and out the gated parking lot: requirement is you have to be a tenant here or other arrangement. Parking or storage Requirement:

When need storage over three months, please have car key provided to manager.
Payment must be fully paid before storage.
Must provide email address and owner’s contact mailing address and cell phone contact . Payment by Zelle.

$81/ m : any other then small cars.
$90 / m : regular size car
$120/ m: truck, or length as truck.
$130 ~ special truck
$130 / short RV
$160/ large RV
$250/ any size RV with electrical connection ( NO SEWER hook up)
$250 / Food truck with electrical connection ( NO BUSINESS operating in the parking lot)
