Looking for a highly responsible person seeking to park their well maintained RV or Camper in our storage yard and act as live on property night time eyes and ears .
Space available can accommodate a 30 foot vehicle (+/-). Renter would be allowed parking of one additional daily transport vehicle.
You would pay extra for utilities and porta toilet ( all currently on site, water and electric yes, THERE IS NO SEWER Hookup). To be negotiated depending on what you need.
Property is located in Richmond next to residential area on one side and Amtrak train line on the other side, City park on third side. The yard is fully fenced and gated. Containers on the lot service a nice community of storage renters. Lot is well maintained with a gravel drive path and no junk stored outside of storage containers . We get along with the neighborhood.
Also have add'l storage containers on site for rent for your additional storage needs. One pre-requisite is that the area in question be kept super tidy, with no personal possessions kept outside of the RV or Camper.
No Large pets allowed.
Renter of the space would be required to have and maintain renter's insurance with a liability provision protecting the owner of the lot.
