I live in PINOLE, CA on a third of an acre lot that has plenty of backyard space. I have a second driveway that gives access to the backyard.
I have available space to rent a parking spot to an RV up to 45 feet long or boat or any motor vehicle for that matter. I am open to RV living on the property if we are the right fit with a rent increase of $900. The parking spot is located in very safe quiet neighborhood off of Pinole Valley.
I currently have two sheds on the available parking spot that will be moved further back to accommodate any size motor vehicles. In these two sheds I can also store any items.
