I'm starting to come to terms with the fact that I'm too busy for large format photography. I'm not going to do any serious work right now, or maybe ever. Hence, I'm putting up all of this gear for sale - it's ready to shoot so you can start immediately. I'm not interested in trades unless you've got medium format digital or Leica digital stuff to show me.

Tachihara 8x10 Triple Extension Body: $2250
Mint. It's not clear to me that it's ever been used, which is incredible. These are made from gorgeous 300-400 year old cherry wood with polished golden brass hardware. It's a joy to shoot and looks beautiful while doing it. Comes with ground glass protector. The triple extension version is only a little heavier but gives you 840mm of extension to work with - so you can do some really close portraits with a long lens or do macro work if you are so inclined.
Fujinon L 420mm f/8: $700
A beautiful portrait length lens, equivalent to something like a 70mm in full-frame. Comes with a Copal 3 shutter. I have both Technika and Sinar boards for it, but it makes more sense on the Sinar board (the large shutter means the levers get in the way when using a board adapter).
Leofoto LN-404C Carbon Fiber Tripod: $350
Comes with bowl and carrying case. Can hold up to 110lbs but only weighs 7.5lbs. It's not very compact, but then again nothing is when you're shooting 8x10. This is meant to compete with RRS' professional tripods, and the build quality is incredible. This is brand new and hasn't left my house.
Leofoto G6 Geared Head: $750
If you know what an Arca Cube C1 is, then you'll appreciate this. The G6 is a copy of the Cube - geared, precise controls for tilt on the XZ and YZ axises. It uses Arca mount plates (and comes with its own, plus the one I'm listing next). This thing makes leveling a breeze and it gives me so much more confidence when holding na 8x10 camera. As with the tripod, it's brand new.
PROAIM Snaprig Large Base Plate: $20
Similar to the Kessler Kwik Stand XL. This spreads the support across the camera and locks in to two tripod holes, giving you a much more stable connection than a single tripod mount in a skinny Arca plate. Watch Ben Horne talk about the Kessler and his Intrepid 8x10 to get a sense of how it works. I've put one of these on every 8x10 camera I've owned and it makes a difference. As an added bonus, it has little feet that raise the camera up, allowing you to display the camera opened up without it tipping over.
Minolta Auto Meter IV F with Spot Meter attachment: $160
Ever reliable, and much lighter than the dedicated spot meters with the pistol grip. I prefer spot metering when shooting portraits so I can take an average of a few readings (forehead, hair, clothing, etc)
Film Holders: $275
I have a mix of old style (metal-tab darkslide) and new style (plastic tab-darkslide), as well as a 3D printed plate(?) holder from Zebra. There are 2 of the old, 3 of the new, and one zebra holder - a total of 6, so can have 12 sheets ready to go at any time. All are in good condition.
eTone 6x Loupe: $60
For critical work, use a loupe and zoom in on the area of focus. I can work without it, but this will get you better results.
Other Items:
If you buy it all or the majority of what's listed, I'll also include a cable release, dark cloth, and a couple of lens boards, and whatever else I find lying around. I'm throwing in a very full box of Fomapan 200.
