Hoping to find a small furry dog under 20 pounds-light coloring 1-3 years old -hopefully house trained. I lost my 20 year old Lhasa Apso in April. Retired senior here-home all day-own my house-secure yard-high fences-dog would have access to house and yard-have reference of my long time vet in Berkeley if desired-thanks
