Hello! I am looking for a home for my furry friend, Ace! He is only 1 year old and he’s very friendly, loving, and playful. I’m looking to rehome him due to me recently having a baby and also feeling like my apartment isn’t adequate enough since I live in a studio with my newborn . I love him so much and want him to go to a nice family especially since it’s holiday time, I think he would be a great addition to a family.

I am looking for a rehoming fee of $800 (negotiable). He comes with:
- an elevated dog feeder/water bowl with 50lbs of food storage underneath
-additional travel food/water bowls
-shampoo
-brush
-nail clippers
-dog toothbrush/toothpaste
- a prong training collar
- 6 ft leash
- a $100 Kong bed (that he’s had the pleasure of playing with but is still intact)
- lots of treats
- good amount of toys (for inside and out).

He is also a registered ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and I can give licensure information/and registration number for an additional fee of $75 (non negotiable).
An ESA makes it to where you do not have to pay pet rent OR a pet deposit for a particular animal.
