I am Frankie Pritchard, Bay area bunny groomer and pet sitter. I have specialized experience grooming Lionhead bunnies since sitting and grooming many Lionheads for the past 5 years. These bunnies are more prone to mats and tangled fur than other bunny breeds because of their long fine hair. Many are "double mane" with extra hair around their heads, causing hay to get caught in fur and painful mats to form between their ears. I use rounded scissors to trim mats, including long hair around their eyes which can cause difficulty seeing. I charge $40 for major trimming. This fee includes nail trims and scent gland cleaning.

I am an independent contractor and do not work for a pet services company. I am a long time groomer at RabbitEARS non profit rescue in Oakland, and am on their Board of Directors. The CEO can give a character reference, and Lionhead clients can give reviews on request.

I travel throughout the Bay area and charge $20-$40 for travel (no charge for Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda and Emeryville). I am available by appt. Mon. - Sat. noon - 6:00 p.m.

If your Lionhead eats timothy hay, I will wear disposable gloves and groom in a non-hay area as I am extremely allergic to timothy.
