Best View of the San Francisco Bay.
We have a community of artist at a stunning location.
Our space is quite large, 5,000 sf, which gives plenty of space between people.
Studio access is 24 hours.
Rental agreement is month to month.
The spaces are not enclosed, this is an open-floor-plan model. We find this is the best way to build community by being able to see and be inspired by what other artists are working on.
Studios come in different sizes:
8 x 10
10 x 10
11 x 10
The room quality is as follows:
• Has great insulation for moderate indoor temperatures.
• Windows everywhere in all directions! Great light throughout the day.
• A built in Balcony facing the bay, with sliding glass door.
• Wash out sink in the room for art supplies.
• Bathrooms on site right next door.
• The room never feels crowded because each person is on their own schedule. You can expect to share the room with 1-3 people at any given time.
• We provide rolling racks with mounted walls for individual storage and act as room dividers as well as working wall surface.
• Extra storage spaces available in the building for additional cost.
• Plenty of on-site parking shared with the boating marina.
The property is nestled up against Point Richmond proper, the Miller Knox Regional Shoreline Park, the Pickleweed Picnic Area, and Brickyard Cove. We sit directly on the Ferry Point Loop walking and biking Bay Trail.
There are great walks in any direction with trails through the parks or along the bay.
