Cross street is Grand ave, and the lake is across the street.
It's on the ground floor and the building is all therapists.
Comes fully furnished, very comfortable, noise machine and tea pot.
No wifi but you can create your own Hotspot with your phone. my att phone works well for that.
Door has a code, there is a waiting room, 2 external bathrooms on the floor and an external mailbox which you would be able to access any time.
