A 80 year old concrete block 10,000 Square foot Warehouse, Quiet, Safe, and Clean. The facade has a gorgeous hand-done mosaic by a famous mosaic artist and crew.
This Unit is Shared w/3 other Photographers to keep your costs of operation reasonable, with 90% weekly availability. (If you're not familiar with this concept, you go to our Google schedule and book your time as needed). There is storage for personal equipment. A prop room. Hardwood floor and high ceiling, is always clean, quiet and secure. It has great ventilation, new paint, electrical and light fixtures. 3 roll seamless back-drop rack system and other walls and Handmade 60yr-old Knotty Pine Warehouse sliding doors make perfect portrait backgrounds. (this is not a live/work space).
Other larger studio w/separate a dressing area, hair/make-up area, and hospitality area available for bigger shoots. You should send me a message and check the place out.
