Preservation Park is a historic neighborhood in downtown Oakland. Comprised of 16 Victorian homes converted to commercial office space. We are a short walk from the 12th Street BART station, Numerous AC Transit bus lines, Oakland City center shops and restaurants. Easy freeway access to 980, 880, and 580.

We currently have office space for a variety of organizations. Spaces vary in size from a small unit of 231 square feet to a full Victorian home for a bigger headquarters of 2,800 Square feet. Rental fee also includes utilities. Parking options are available as well.
