Faultline Artspace has been a working artist hub in East Oakland since 2011. We have a few studios open now and we're looking for serious artists ready to commit to a creative practice. Great community, month to month leases.
This is a raw warehouse space — no climate control, industrial feel, low foot traffic. It's not for everyone. If you need a polished environment or walk-in customers, this isn't your spot. Efficient private space, quiet corner location. Good for illustrators, printmakers, or small-medium -scale painters.
🟪 Studio 11B — 250 sq ft — $850/month
Rectangular layout with solid wall space. Clean footprint, straightforward and functional.
