Seeking quiet, considerate, and respectful tenants to share a quiet space. Primary tenant has a small, very quiet dog that comes to work every day, so tenants should not be allergic and be tolerant of the sweetest dog in the world.
Suite is cleaned twice a month by an outside cleaning service, however tenants are responsible for taking out their own garbage at the end of each shift as well as cleaning up any spills or messes made. Tenant pays for supplies relevant to performing their business and provides their own consumables, i.e. trash bags, tissues, paper towels, soaps, etc.
