Room is immediately available four whole days per week and three half days per week. Rent for whole days is $240 per day/per month. Rent for half days is $120 per half day/per month. Rent based on month to month lease. Deposit equal to one month’s rent.
Seeking quiet, considerate, and respectful tenants to share a quiet space. Primary tenant has a small, very quiet dog that comes to work every day, so tenants should not be allergic and be tolerant of the sweetest dog in the world.
Suite is cleaned twice a month by an outside cleaning service, however tenants are responsible for taking out their own garbage at the end of each shift as well as cleaning up any spills or messes made. Tenant pays for supplies relevant to performing their business and provides their own consumables, i.e. trash bags, tissues, paper towels, soaps, etc.
