I’m looking for the right long term, established practitioner(s) to share my beautiful clinic in the Piedmont/Grand Avenue neighborhood. Ideally, we’d split and sign the lease together—there’s room to bring in additional renters if we want to lighten the load. There is room to negotiate with the landlord, but he wants $3500 plus utilities for the entire space.
However, I would also be open to someone renting rooms and I’d have to get that approved by the landlord, the rooms would be $275-300 each day per month.
What’s Available
You’ll have access to 3–4 treatment rooms on Mondays and Wednesdays, plus shared rooms on Fridays and weekends.
One of the rooms is set up as a consultation/office, but it can easily become a treatment room again if your work calls for it.
I typically work Tuesdays and Thursdays, and even on the occasional Friday I rarely use all of the rooms—so there’s plenty of space for your practice to breathe and grow.
The Space
Our clinic sits just a short block from the Morcom Rose Garden, with its redwood trees, pathways, and quiet pockets of beauty. Clients often stroll the garden before or after sessions, and the environment adds a natural calm to the work we do.
Inside, you’ll find:
• Peaceful entryway + reception
• Built-in speakers in all rooms
• Two en-suite bathrooms
• A kitchen with plenty of storage
The space is located on the second floor (no elevator access).
There is free and easy parking on the side streets plus currently one spot in the back, which could be negotiated to have more.
Also coded entry for more security.
Close to Lake Merritt and 580.
