Join a unique opportunity to shape and share a beautiful office space in a charming 1920s garden bungalow complex near Lake Merritt. This spacious two-office unit features big bay windows, crown molding, hardwood floors, and a serene, tucked-away atmosphere right in the heart of Oakland. With views of the lake and plenty of natural light, it is perfect for folks wanting a private, peaceful atmosphere that is still centrally located.

The space supports movement and table work, including seated talk therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychiatry, and more dynamic work as well. We are looking to share the space with other somatic psychotherapists, depth-oriented therapists, KAP therapists, bodyworkers, acupuncturists, etc etc (and open to a variety of modalities if the right fit) to create a collaborative environment. We are also looking for more liberation-centered practitioners to join us for a monthly consult group.
The unit includes two office spaces. One of the rooms is large enough for groups and family sessions. The price breakdown and availability is as follows - prices reflect the monthly rate per day:
Smaller Office “Lake Room” (110 sq ft):
Fridays: 8am-8pm, all day (12 hours, could be 9-9, 10-10 etc) $250
On weekends, the space is available to rent for retreats, workshops, and longer client sessions. For rentals on the weekends (whether it is for one day or both Saturday and Sunday) the rental is for the entirety of the space. This includes both offices, use of the kitchen, and full use of the bathroom .
Weekend rates:
$350 for the full weekend
$200 per day (Saturday or Sunday)
$100 for a half day
In addition to weekends, some therapists are renting the space during the week for practice groups, supervision/consultation groups, and skill shares, which we welcome!
Hourly rates for the larger office space (Garden Room) for groups and workshops, etc:
$40 per hour
Our vision is for this space to hold not only client work but consultation groups, small workshops, and other community events. If this sounds like a fit for you or a colleague, please reach out!
Looking forward to hearing from you:)
