We have a terrific Artist's WorkSpaces available at Jingletown Art Studios.
We actually have a couple of wonderful spots available in our shared room with a small group of other amazing artists.
As well, we have private spaces starting @ $600/month 8' x12', or 10' x 12' @ $700, both w/west windows great for computer artists, writers, sew'ers, jewelers,
Individual spots in one of our shared rooms start at $300 to $700 per month.
*Spaces vary in size and price sizes from 7x8, 8x8, to 8x14 and 10x12, all with natual light, some with skylights.
Our shared spaces are perfect for a painter, drawer, jeweler, sewist, beader, writer, or assemblage artist. It has nice southeast-facing windows, fresh walls, excellent lighting, and plenty of power, some spots come furnished.
Your own workspace in a nice sun lite by day and bright natural lighting by night large room, 12' walls, big windows, skylights, direct excess to the garden and patio, and space to work outside if you like. only 7 others in this room and with folk's schedules the way they are you are most times the only one there.
Easy to shelter in place with 8 feet between each of us. The room has 12ft ceilings, great light from large southeast-facing windows, and big defused skylights12' tall wall space to display your art.
The concept of our space is a visual artists' co-op workspace, although we're open to discussing your medium and whether it's a good fit.
365 access, a very secure building in a safe part of town. Has off-street parking, close to AC Trans, Bart, and easy access in both directions to 880, 20/30 minutes from almost anywhere in the Bay Area.
We have a beautiful gallery and participate in events with several other Jingletown/Oakland/Alameda and Art Muirmur venues. The building is covered inside and out with mosaic art and murals, 12-foot ceilings throughout, Large skylights in most areas, a wonderful large shared kitchen, outdoor patio, and garden, ADA accessible, central heat too, and a nice breeze in the summer with the doors open

We're looking for folks that are serious and passionate about their art,
I year membership, deposit + first month's rent, and you have your own artist workspace, utilities included, and 200mg internet/wifi.
