This is a spacious 243 sq. ft office with a 24 sq. ft auxiliary closet in the historic, therapy-dedicated Farol building off the Lakeshore / Grand Ave exit in Oakland. The office has 5 sound-proof windows, lots of natural light, several plants, an air purifier, 3-speed ceiling fan and a portable air conditioner. The auxiliary closet has a microwave and small fridge with limited storage available.
My practice supports adult clients with trauma and includes light touch work, not massage and no oils, on a massage table. The table is stored in the closet, but you may have access to it if you have a similar practice - no massage, no oils. The space can accommodate individual, couples and small groups of clients.
The Farol building is secure (keypad entry) and ADA accessible with an elevator. The suite I’m in has a total of 6 offices shared with warm and collegial therapists with its own dedicated waiting room, 2 in-suite bathrooms and filtered hot and cold water dispensory. There is ample all-day street parking throughout the surrounding neighborhood and food options on Grand Ave. nearby.
