Given the new dynamics of distributed workplaces, brick-and-mortar offices play a different role. We adore our Oakland office and continue to use it, but less than we used to. These days, most of us have been primarily working from home offices, client sites, and our other offices around the country.
The space is on the top floor of the historic De Domenico Building just across from City Hall and the 12th Street Bart station. As part of our office amenities, we have a conference room, standing desks, private elevator, speedy connections, two bathrooms, a kitchen-equipped break room, and natural light coming from windows on two of the building’s three sides.
We will continue to have some staff in the office every weekday, but there’s a lot of unused space. We’d love to find a way to dovetail with another organization to make the most of this unique, impeccably-located office.
Price: starting from $700 to $3000 per month ( month-to-month )
