Beautiful 160 sq ft. therapy office in a great location near Lake Merritt, at Bellevue and Grand Avenue with nearby restaurants and cafes, easy freeway access to all points in the East Bay and a 15 minute walk to the 19th St. BART Station. The office has great light with operable windows, elevator and keypad entry. There is a waiting area and bathroom that is shared by three offices. The office has a sofa and therapist chair (Ekorness Stressless), table with two stackable chairs, WiFi, printer/scanner/copier you can use and a storage cabinet with art supplies. There is also a microwave, small refrigerator and utensils for heating up lunch and/or tea. There are additional art supplies in the coffee table that opens up to be a table while someone is sitting on the sofa, for spontaneous art making. The office is great for art therapy or individual talk therapy and the chair moves easily to the table for virtual sessions.

Looking for someone to sublet Thursdays and Fridays. Weekends and some evenings are also available. Looking for one person to sublet. Thursdays are $175 per month, Thursdays and Fridays are $360 per month, weekends are an additional $150 per month. $200 deposit.
