The building is broken up into smaller studio spaces, filled with artists, start-ups and a cool fabrication studio called Ace Maker Space where you can get access to their tools for a monthly membership..

We also have a robotic sewing startup in our space.
The space is ideal for start-ups, artist space, or a hobbyist. There’s a sink down the hall, but no drain or sink in the unit.
