- 2 year sublease (now - Dec 31, 2027)
- $1035 per month: $983 base rent per month in 2026, plus $52 per month for fiber wi-fi

- A spacious, sunny window side cubicle with room for 1-4 people to work
- 221 square feet total

The cubicle is part of an open floor plan suite on the third floor, shared with Kitchen Table Advisors (primary tenant) and three subtenant nonprofits. All tenants are friendly and professional. Suite amenities include:
- Fiber wi-fi from Berkeley-based provider LMi
- Communal break area with sofa, water cooler, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle
- Access to all tenant amenities at the Brower Center (see below)
