The larger room in the front can function as a private waiting room and/or workspace, and has a kitchenette, desk, and piano keyboard with headphones. The back room, where I typically meet with clients, is currently furnished with 1 armchair and 1 sofa, with a second sofa soon-to-be-delivered, to provide more seating for groups.
Rates and availability are as follows:
Tuesdays - $300 per month
Thursdays - $300 per month
Fridays - $300 per month
Saturdays and Sundays - $250 per month
Some features include:
-Newly installed A/C and heater
-Wifi (included in rent)
-Hardwood floors
-2 comfy fold-up mattresses, great for medicine work
-Stereo speakers, also useful for medicine work
-Electric keyboard - in case, like me, you want to practice piano in between sessions :)
-Hot and cold filtered water dispenser
-Mini-fridge, microwave, and counter space
-Kitchenette area is stocked regularly with compostable cups, plates, and utensils
-Space for group work. For bigger groups, I am open to exploring options for bringing more seating into the larger outer room
