I’m looking for someone to share the space 2–3 days per week.
I run a Body Sculpting business out of my home and am expanding to a commercial space.
Total room rent is $700/month, so we would each pay around $350/month depending on how we divide the days. This price includes common area maintenance as well as all utilities.
