I am an acupuncturist in downtown Berkeley seeking health and wellness practitioners to rent out additional rooms in my 860 square foot office suite. I welcome practitioners of all specialties and modalities to join this friendly office—acupuncturists, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, somatic coaches, etc—who are interested in contributing to a warm space of healing for others.
Private room rates:
*Hourly rental currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for $28 an hour
1 day a week: One room is $290 per month. (For example, renting one room every Wednesday would total $290 for the month.)
2 days a week: One room is $265 per day, per month (that’s $530 per month for every Monday and Saturday, for example).
3+ days a week: One room is $240 per day, per month (that’s $720 per month for three days a week or $960 per month for four days a week)
Currently I have full day rental availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. And half day rental on Tuesdays AM ($175 for this Tuesday option).

INCLUDED WITH RENT:
Included in your rent is high speed wifi, utilities, central a/c and heat, and twice weekly bathroom cleanings. While the spaces are fully furnished, I am flexible and open to collaborative decorating within reason (I'd like you to feel at home in your work space). Applicants must have their own liability insurance and appropriate accreditation in their specific area of practice.
THE SPACE:
The suite is comprised of 1 larger room with two waiting chairs and a shoe rack, two reclining chairs, and a desk, 3 fully furnished private rooms outfitted with shelves, massage tables, dressers, and heating pads, plants, and one has a sink in it. All rooms have easily accessible outlets and air purifiers, sound machines, blackout curtains, and a swivel stool on wheels.
THE BUILDING:
The office is on the first floor and ADA accessible. There are two shared, gendered restrooms on the first floor (just down the hall) and gender neutral bathrooms on the second floor, easily accessible via stairs or elevator. We are conveniently located in Downtown Berkeley, near BART, many bus stops, UC Berkeley campus, Trader Joe’s, and a plethora of shops, restaurants, and other offices. This is a generally a quiet and peaceful street. Japanese or gold moxa are welcome here.
LEASE DETAILS:
I am primarily seeking 1-year lease tenants. First's months rent and security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) are required for renting the space. If you are interested in a month to month lease, that will result in a higher monthly rate. There is currently availability each day of the week. Monthly rent is determined by the amount of days per week that you use the space.
