Charming, quiet, 2nd floor office quintessential Berkeley building. 100+ sq ft with a medium sized window that looks out onto a tree. The office just received a fresh coat of paint and the carpet was professionally cleaned. Lighting is soft white dimmable track lighting. Office comes furnished with a sofa and rug (optional).
The building used to be a house so it has a cozy feel that you don't find in larger buildings. Co-tenants are other therapists and healing practitioners.
In addition to the office you will have access to a comfortable waiting room decorated with many well cared for plants, a small shared kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, a large cabinet to store supplies, and a nook with 2 skylights that serves as a cozy lunch/break room.
There are two shared bathrooms on the first floor. Bathrooms are cleaned and stocked twice a week. Rent includes all utilities, all shared supplies (hand soap, dish soap, trash bags etc), and cleaning of common areas. Unfortunately there is no dedicated parking and the office is not ADA accessible. It is $30 month if you would like to share the Sonic high-speed fibre internet.
The office is conveniently located on Telegraph Ave near the Berkeley Oakland Border, close to several bus lines and walking distance from BART. There is ample street parking available for clients as well as easy access to the local freeways. The office is just two blocks away from Whole Foods and several other lunch spots.
