A full service, soundproofed psychotherapy building with 8 offices, 3 bathrooms, a shared waiting room, kitchen, and individual mail cubicles. ADA accessible, with a therapist designed client call system. Located steps from two other psychotherapy office buildings, great for referrals and professional community.
Availability & Rates
Friday (full day): $275/month
Saturday or Sunday (full day): $200/month each
Monday–Thursday evenings (5pm onward): $150/month each
Preference for renters taking at least 2 days/week
Rent Includes
Utilities, cleaning, gardening, and Sonic high speed fiber internet.
