I can leave room for you in the filing cabinet and on the shelves as well as space on the wall for your diploma, etc. The office also has a desk with an ergonomic desk chair, monitor, and camera for your online Telehealth sessions! The building has eight offices, three bathrooms, and a waiting room. It is a full service soundproofed psychotherapy building. There is also a kitchen and mail cubicles for each therapist. In addition, the building is ADA accessible, with therapists’ call system designed for psychotherapy usage. Rent includes utilities, cleaning, gardening, and Sonic high speed fiber internet for virtual therapy sessions.
Availability & Rates
Full-Day Availability:
Fridays: $275/month
Saturdays & Sundays: $200/month each
Evening Availability:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 5 PM onward
$150/month per evening
Preference for someone renting at least two days per week
