The space is 1000 sq ft total with high raftered ceilings, a skylight, great natural light, a storefront window, and street-level presence in South Berkeley near Berkeley Bowl West. Half the space is available. The building also has a small kitchenette and additional shared resources.
I’m an established artist looking for a serious creative practice to share the space with. An artist, designer, or small brand whose work and energy genuinely align. Someone actively creating, in motion, the kind of presence that feels good to be around.
There’s real potential to activate the storefront together if that’s compelling.
